An amount looks wrong
Open the shift in History → Details / correct to see its saved calculation: paid time, rate, breaks, overtime, tips and adjustments. Then check your job in Settings: location (which sets the currency), hourly rate, pay period and work rules. If a dated rate is in effect, it replaces your baseline hourly rate for new shifts; Settings shows which rate applies. Wagebeat shows gross earnings before deductions, not your take-home pay.
Fix or delete a shift
In History, tap Details / correct on the shift. Change the times, rate or amounts, add a reason and save; the previous values are kept in the shift's history. To remove a completed shift, use Delete shift at the bottom of the same screen.
Back up or move my records
Go to Settings → Exports, backup and restore → Export full backup, and save the file somewhere you control (for example Files, iCloud Drive or Google Drive). On the new phone, open the same screen and choose Restore backup. End any active shift first. Wagebeat shows what the backup contains and asks before replacing your records.
Restore Wagebeat Pro
In Settings, tap Restore Purchases while signed in with the Apple Account or Google Account used to buy Pro. For billing or refund questions, contact Apple through reportaproblem.apple.com or Google Play through Google Play Help.
The Live Activity, shift notification or widget doesn't appear
The Live Activity (iPhone) and the shift notification (Android) are part of Wagebeat Pro and start when you start a shift. On iPhone, check that Live Activities are allowed in Settings → Wagebeat; on Android, allow notifications for Wagebeat in the system settings. Widgets update when you use Wagebeat; open the app if a widget looks out of date.
Minimum wage references
References are dated and may not cover every local rule or worker category. Check the linked official source before relying on a rate. Wagebeat does not give legal or tax advice.
Keep your information safe
Exports and backups contain your work details. Don't send a full backup when asking for help unless you have decided to share it. See the Privacy Policy.
