Demo: one minute passes every second.

Wagebeat counts every paid second, keeps every change, and stays on your phone.

    How it works

    Four moments.
    Nothing else to think about.

    01

    Set up your job once.

Choose where you work. Wagebeat sets the currency, shows a dated minimum-wage reference for that place, and asks for your hourly rate and how often you're paid.

    • No account, no sign-up
    • United States, Canada, United Kingdom, Australia
    • Rate changes can be dated in advance
    02

    Start the shift.

One tap. The timer runs and your gross earnings for the shift and for the pay period update every second — in the app, on the Lock Screen and on your watch.

    • Keeps counting if you close the app
    • Live Activity and Dynamic Island with Pro
    • Start from Siri, a shortcut or your watch
    03

    Take your breaks.

Mark a break as paid or unpaid. Unpaid time is taken out of what you earn; a paid break keeps counting. Forgot to start? Add the shift afterwards.

    • Paid and unpaid breaks
    • Manual entries for a missed shift
    • Reminders before your planned shifts
    04

    End it. It's on record.

Wagebeat saves the shift with its full calculation: paid time, rate, overtime, tips and adjustments. You can always see exactly how the amount was reached.

Gross means before taxes and deductions: Wagebeat does not calculate net pay. Overtime uses the rules you set (per shift, and per week with Pro) — not legal presets.

    Fix a mistake.
    Keep the truth.

Wrong start time? Correct the shift and say why. Wagebeat keeps the previous values and your reason, so your record holds up when you compare it with your payslip.

    FAQ

    Questions,
    answered.

Does Wagebeat calculate my take-home pay?

No. Wagebeat shows gross earnings: what you earned before taxes and deductions. It's the number to compare with the gross line of your payslip.

What happens if I forget to start a shift?

Add it afterwards in History with its start and end times. Wagebeat calculates it the same way, and notes that it was entered manually.

    How does overtime work?

You decide: overtime after a number of hours in a shift, and with Pro also after a number of hours in a week, at the multiplier you choose. Wagebeat doesn't apply legal rules for you.

Can I move my records to a new phone?

Yes. Export a full backup and restore it on the new phone — even from iPhone to Android and back.

Are the minimum wage figures official?

They are dated references with a link to the official source. Rules can differ by city, age or job, so check the source for your case.

    Is Pro a subscription?

No. Pro is a single purchase. Restore it for free on your other devices with the same Apple or Google account.

    Which devices are supported?

iPhone with iOS 18 or later, Apple Watch, Android 15 or later, and Wear OS 5 or later.

    Know what you've
    earned. Always.
