About Wagebeat
Wagebeat is a shift tracker for people who are paid by the hour. Start a shift and it shows your gross earnings growing second by second; mark breaks as paid or unpaid; end the shift and it is saved with its full calculation: paid time, rate, overtime, tips and adjustments. When a shift is corrected, the previous values and the reason stay on the record, so it can be compared with a payslip. Everything stays on the device: there is no account, no advertising and no analytics.
Key facts
Boilerplate
Short
Wagebeat is a shift tracker for hourly workers. It shows gross pay live, second by second, and keeps a clear record of every hour. No account, no ads, no analytics. Coming first to iPhone and Apple Watch, with Android and Wear OS later.
Long
Wagebeat is a shift tracker for people who are paid by the hour. It counts gross pay while you work, handles paid and unpaid breaks, tips and adjustments (and, with Pro, several jobs and overtime rules you set), and saves every shift with the calculation behind the amount. Corrections keep the previous values and a reason, so the record can be checked against a payslip. Wagebeat formats money for the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom and Australia, in English and Canadian French, and shows dated minimum-wage references with links to official sources. It works without an account, shows no ads and collects no analytics; records stay on the device and can be exported or backed up at any time. The app is free, with an optional one-time Pro purchase. Wagebeat was founded by Hicham Alaoui Mrani and is coming first to iPhone and Apple Watch, with Android and Wear OS later.
